FilamentLab operates a standardized manufacturing facility dedicated to 3D printing materials, with approximately 2,000 square meters of production and supporting space and six professional 3D printing filament extrusion lines.
Our facility integrates raw material preparation, extrusion, cooling, precision drawing, winding, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment into an organized production process. With stable manufacturing capabilities, strict process control, and continuous optimization, we provide reliable 3D printing materials for customers in domestic and international markets.
01 | Professional Production Facility
Our approximately 2,000 m² facility is organized into dedicated areas for production, raw materials, finished products, packaging, and quality control.
Standardized workflows and production management help maintain consistent manufacturing performance.
02 | Six Professional Extrusion Lines
FilamentLab is equipped with six professional 3D printing filament extrusion lines, with a designed production capacity of approximately 200 kg per day per line.
The production process includes material drying, mixing, heating and extrusion, cooling, precision drawing, diameter control, and filament winding.
This production setup provides reliable capacity for both standard products and bulk orders.
03 | TPU Filament Production
FilamentLab currently focuses on the development and production of TPU 3D printing filament, covering different hardness levels and application requirements.
Because TPU is particularly sensitive to moisture and processing conditions, we pay close attention to raw material storage, drying, processing temperature, and production parameters to improve filament consistency and printing performance.
04 | Precision Extrusion Process
Our production equipment uses a 45 mm screw extrusion system.
Key parameters such as extrusion temperature, extrusion speed, drawing speed, and winding tension are carefully controlled throughout production.
We focus on maintaining consistent filament diameter, roundness, surface quality, and winding condition.
05 | Raw Material Drying & Storage
We have established dedicated procedures for raw material storage and drying.
Materials are stored and pre-treated according to their specific characteristics. Moisture control before and during production helps reduce its potential impact on extrusion stability, surface quality, and final printing performance.
06 | Quality Control
FilamentLab follows a quality control process covering raw materials, production, and finished products.

Process inspection and finished-product testing help reduce batch-to-batch variation and maintain consistent product quality.
07 | Winding & Packaging
After extrusion and cooling, the filament goes through measurement and precision winding before entering the dedicated packaging area.
We provide standard packaging as well as OEM / ODM customized packaging according to customer and market requirements.
08 | Finished Product Storage
Our facility includes dedicated finished-product storage areas for organized management of different materials, colors, specifications, and production batches.
Efficient inventory management helps improve order processing and supports stable product supply for both domestic and international customers.
