02 Standardized Manufacturing

Products are manufactured at our own production facility.
Our facility includes approximately 2,000 m² of production and supporting space, equipped with six professional 3D printing filament extrusion lines, with a current focus on TPU materials in the 65A–95A hardness range.
Standardized production procedures and quality control help improve product consistency and supply stability.

03 Quality Control

Quality control is integrated throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming raw materials to finished products.
Raw material inspection, process monitoring, dimensional inspection, appearance inspection, finished-product testing, and printing verification help reduce batch variation and maintain consistent product quality.

04 Warehouse Management

Raw materials and finished products are managed according to production plans and customer orders.
Different materials, colors, specifications, and production batches are organized through standardized warehouse procedures to improve order fulfillment efficiency and support bulk and recurring orders.

05 International Logistics

FilamentLab provides international order fulfillment for customers in overseas markets.
Depending on order volume, destination, delivery requirements, and customer preferences, suitable logistics solutions can be coordinated, including sea freight, air freight, and other international shipping options.
We support customers in Europe, North America, and other international markets.

06 OEM & ODM Supply

FilamentLab provides OEM, ODM, and private-label solutions for brands, distributors, and wholesale customers.
