  2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

    We only collect data when you provide it voluntarily:

    • Language and Preferences: Language, region, currency, stored in local Cookie / localStorage.

    • Inquiry / Contact Form: Name, company, job title, email address, phone number, country, order information, requirement description.

    • Customer Documents: Qualification documents, Customs Registration Number / EORI number, agency agreements, project drawings / BOM (collected only if you submit them voluntarily).

    • Pseudonymized Analytics (Optional): Google Analytics 4 / Plausible visitor statistics. You may reject non-statistical cookies via the cookie banner.

  3. Legal Basis and Purposes of Processing

    We process personal data only on the following legal bases: (a) Performance of a contract you requested (issuing quotations, arranging orders and logistics delivery); (b) Our legitimate interests (preventing abuse, improving website and technical documentation quality, excluding automated user profiling); (c) Your explicit consent (e.g., subscribing to product newsletters).

  4. Data Retention Period

    Inquiry data: retained for 7 years from the date of last interaction; tax and export ERP records: retained for 10 years in compliance with applicable Chinese and international accounting and customs regulations. Retention periods may be extended if other mandatory legal obligations apply. You may submit deletion requests at any time, except for information we are required to retain by law. We will execute deletion once the legal retention obligation expires.

  5. Cross-Border Transfer

    When you request DDU/DDP shipment outside Mainland China, the minimum necessary information including your name, delivery address, contact phone number, company details and customs registration number will be transferred to contracted logistics service providers in the destination country under the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914.   6. Your Rights

    You have the right to be informed, the right to rectification, and the right to erasure (right to be forgotten).

    You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of prior valid consent.

    Right to data portability: For structured personal data provided under consent or contract, we will deliver an export in JSON format within 10 business days. Project drawings, BOMs, commercial proposals and other business documents are not subject to data portability.

    If you object to our processing, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority: EU users may contact the local Data Protection Authority (DPA); users in China may contact the Cyberspace Administration of China and local cyberspace authorities; California users may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA).

  8. Minors

    This platform is intended for commercial procurement customers. We do not actively collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we accidentally obtain personal data of anyone under 16, such data will be deleted immediately upon discovery.
