We continuously establish and improve standardized quality management and production systems. In accordance with requirements of different products, materials and target markets, we carry out relevant testing, certification and regulatory compliance management, delivering more reliable 3D printing materials and supply services for global customers.
01 ISO 9001 — Quality Management System
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management system standard.
Based on standardized production workflows, quality control, process management and continuous improvement, FilamentLab keeps upgrading product quality and production stability to supply consistent and reliable 3D printing materials.
02 ISO 14001 — Environmental Management System
ISO 14001 is an internationally recognized environmental management system standard.
FilamentLab prioritizes environmental management in manufacturing. By standardizing production workflows, resource utilization and environmental control measures, we continuously reduce the environmental impact of production activities.
03 ISO 45001 — Occupational Health and Safety Management System
ISO 45001 focuses on occupational health and safety management.

04 RoHS Compliance
FilamentLab manages hazardous substance restrictions for relevant products and materials according to target market and product requirements.
For goods exported to EU and other regions, RoHS statements and test documents can be provided subject to specific products and materials.
05 REACH Compliance
FilamentLab follows EU REACH regulations on chemical substances and related products.
We conduct REACH compliance evaluation based on product formula, raw materials and target market. Compliance documents or test reports can be delivered upon customer request.
06 GRS
For products made from recycled materials, FilamentLab implements GRS compliance management according to product and supply chain requirements.
GRS requirements cover recycled content, manufacturing procedures and supply chain control. Actual certification scope depends on specific products, raw materials and certification status.
07 FDA / Food Contact Compliance
For materials potentially used in food-contact applications, FilamentLab performs compliance assessment based on material composition, intended use and target market requirements.
Important note: FDA compliance does not apply to all 3D printing filaments. Food-contact materials shall be evaluated against applicable FDA regulations or food contact substance requirements according to specific substances, manufacturer and usage conditions. (U.S. Food and Drug Administration)
Therefore, for food-contact applications, we can supply relevant material compliance documents for specific products and scenarios.
